Hello, my name is Jodi Trierweiler and while I have always had a deep interest in holistic living, I really didn't start fully embracing the lifestyle until 2012, when I was diagnosed with a fairly common endocrine system disorder known as polycystic ovary syndrome (called P.C.O.S. for short). It was around this time that I also started a new job, working for a food co-op as a cook and baker, where I learned a lot about gluten free, sugar free, vegetarian and vegan cuisine.

My original area of expertise is in the culinary arts. I graduated in 2008 from     Le Cordon Bleu in Atlanta, and cooked all across the country for a few years before finally relocating to Fort Wayne, Indiana. In my years of cooking, one correlation I never made was that the food I was preparing was either helping or hurting people's health. It wasn't until I started working at my local food co-op that I slowly started to become more educated in holistic living.

After a year of cooking and baking I moved into the wellness department where I became a Wellness Assistant. As a Wellness Assistant, my job is stay informed about health issues and current health trends so that I am able to assist my customers in a variety of ways, from educating people about various herbs, to what supplements to take and how to do cleanses. Because of my culinary background, I alos help assist people in a variety of food related areas as well.

As much as I know, I am by no means an expert. I am just a person who is pasionate about what I do and I want to help others who want to live a more natural life. I am merely a guide to help you on your journey. When I have spare time, I also enjoy gardening, knitting, sewing, camping, hiking and kayaking.
