Meals in Mason Jars.

 

Eating healthy on the go can be difficult. Usually if you are in hurry, somewhere along the way you are comprimising quality for convenience. Well, now you don't have to comprimise.

 

Meals in mason jars are meals that were prepared ahead of time, so they are either ready to go or all you have to do is heat them up and go. You wan't to eat a nutritious breakfast but don't have time? You have to pick the kids up after soccer practice and know that they will be hungry but have nothing prepared? You have to eat lunch and work at the same time? Or are you gluten free, dairy free or vegan with limited options? With Meals in Mason Jars, you are always ready to go.

*I would like to note that while I myself am not a fan of microwaves and I usually do not use them (I actually don't own one). I realize that for a lot of people, they still rely on one out of convenience. It is because of this that mny of these recipes can be heated in a microwave, but don't have to be.
