I have provided you with a list from the Environmental Working Group of the 2014 list of the twelve foods with the highest pesticide residue and the fifteen foods with the lowest pesticide residue. It is important to note that as time progresses and unless their is some sort of major change, the dirty dozen will eventually turn into the dirty 15 or the dirty 20, while the clean 15 will turn into the clean 10 or the clean 5. To air on the safe side, its something you may have to look into periodically just to be aware of any possible changes.
However, if you are trying to eat healthy on a budget, buying the dirty dozen organic while buying the clean 15 conventional is a good place to start that wont break your grocery budget.
